As part of IBM one day campus event, I presented to the IIT Mumbai faculty and students on “Building composite business services”. I talked about how businesses can adopt business process modelling and build process models for automating their processes. I talked about the evolution of BPM , the move towards dynamic and smart business processes and how organization can build agile composite business services. The agility comes from designing the business processes the right way, so it can be adapted through external rules/configuration without redeploying the processes for every change.
