AI is getting cheaper, yet enterprise AI bills keep rising.

The reason is simple: the price of intelligence and the economics of intelligence are not the same thing.

In this short, I introduce the core idea behind AI Economics, explain the Token Meter Problem, and why organizations need a second meter that measures what AI actually produces: successful tasks, outcomes, and business value.

Based on my book, AI Economics: Building and Scaling Intelligence.

The shift is from measuring what goes into the machine to measuring what comes out for the business.
