It’s good to see Amazon Neptune moved to serverless, especially for graph databases where compute and memory resources provisioning would now be handled by AWS cloud.

Having worked on Amazon Neptune for user profiling and recommendations, one of the challenges was around cost and provisioning and going serverless should address it.

In future, you will have serverless options for all the major products and services. Serverless is not only great for effective resource utilisation, and cost benefits but also reduces the carbon footprint of your application.
